its about the last airbender.. basically theres people that can control, earth -water- fire - and air. Ang ( the avatar airbender) can bend all four elements, but since hes young, he only knows how to bend air. The fire nation trys to take over the world, and Ang dissapeared. 100 years later the war it still going on, and he's found by Katara and her brother- and from then on its about him learning all three elments so he can stop the firenation.

k so i've never heard of them before, but after reading your description you should check out the movie trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's next movie called The Last AirBender. It comes out next year and looks pretty cool
